Kathy Hewitt, Partner, 214-684-1233 Kathy grew up in Panama, where she was a local golf star. After attending Arizona State University on a golf scholarship, Kathy moved to Dallas and graduated cum laude in Finance from UT-Dallas. She got her real estate license in 1987 and plunged in to her successful career helping so many buy or sell homes. Kathy has also been very active in community and charity events, including serving on the boards of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, Dallas Fort Worth Black Tie Dinner, HRC Federal Club, and co-chaired Dallas’ AIDS LifeWalk. In recognition of Kathy’s work on behalf of the Dallas community, then-mayor of Dallas Laura Miller declared September 13, 2003 as Kathy Hewitt Day! Kathy shares her wonderful home in East Kessler with two cats and one dog: Carmen, Charlie and Maggie. |

Steve Habgood, Partner, 214-684-1234 Steve moved to Dallas in 1985 to pursue a marketing, public relations and sales career. Prior to forming Hewitt & Habgood Group in 1999, Steve handled marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Baylor University Medical Center, NUVO, and owned his own marketing communications company for five years. Steve is a past president of the Kessler Park Neighborhood association, has served as the chair of MetroTex Association of Realtors MLS committee, is the immediate past President of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), past board chairman of the American Cancer Society/Dallas, and a past co-chair of Dallas’s AIDS LifeWalk. He serves as the current President of MetroTex Association of Realtors, representing 15,000 Realtors and affiliates throughout North Texas. He also serves on the board of the Texas Association of Realtors and the board of the National Association of Realtors. Steve has his GREEN designation from the National Association of REALTORS and is a designated Historic House Specialist with Preservation Dallas. He and his partner of 26 years live in the rolling hills of East Kessler Park with their rescue dog, Scooter. |

Jason Saucedo, Junior Partner, 214-403-4082 Jason was born in Dallas and is a product of Jesuit College Prep and the University of Dallas, majoring in Business and Marketing while competing on their baseball team. After college Jason spent 10 years successfully managing several luxury clothing lines in the country. He has a passion for helping people and doing community service including Meals on Wheels and Adopt-a-Family. As a Realtor, Jason combines his passion for service with his love for Dallas’ most distinct neighborhoods. Having lived in Kessler Park, Preston Hollow, Uptown, and East Dallas, Jason has an intimate knowledge of Dallas. Jeremy Moore, Realtor Associate, 469-235-3553 Jeremy grew up in the Dallas area and has lived here his entire life. He and his husband, Mason, live in the picturesque North Oak Cliff neighborhood of Kessler Plaza. He is very involved in the recovery of community and always willing to lend a helping hand. Jeremy has quickly made a name for himself in the 3 years he has been a realtor. In the last two years alone, Jeremy has closed 58 transactions in North Texas and was named an Oak Cliff Advocate Top Realtor for 2 out of 3 years. A fun fact about Jeremy is that he is a beekeeper and has multiple bee hives in his backyard, helping Oak Cliff's flowers and plants flourish with pollination. Obviously, honey is a great reward of beekeeping, so he has started a brand called City Hives, made right in Oak Cliff. Gardening is also another great passion for Jeremy and he loves learning about the earth and natural world. |
